Cranberry Orange Relish




 No Thanksgiving table is complete without the sweet-tart burst of cranberries. Elevate the classic cranberry sauce with a zesty twist by adding fresh orange zest and a hint of cinnamon. This relish is not only a palate cleanser but also a vibrant complement to the richness of the Thanksgiving spread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  1. Rinse cranberries and combine them with sugar in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and fold in orange zest and cinnamon.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
